What amounts do gift cards come in?

$50, $75, $100, $150, and $200. We recommend at least the $75 amount. This gifts your BFF, brother, sister, mom, dad or whoever gets this amazing gift enough to cover at least 1 pair of shorts plus shipping.

Can I customize the amount?

Do I receive a physical gift card?

No. All our gift cards are provided digitally

How do I find the right size?

Each item page will have a size chart in the description. Please visit the specific item you are interested in for the applicable size information.

For the ladies who wear that well known yoga legging brand 😉 : 

  • Our XS is equivalent to their 2/4
  • SM = 4
  • M = 4/6
  • L = 8/10
  • XL = 10/12
  • 2XL = 12
  • 3XL = 14

For the men : 

  • Our XS = Smaller than their XS
  • SM = XS
  • M = S/M
  • L = M
  • XL = L
  • 2XL = L/XL
  • 3XL = XL 
  • 4XL = XL/XXL
  • *Basically size up from their brand to ours.

Where are items made?

Both overseas at an Asian manufacturer and right here in Canada. It just depends on the item. All the shorts and sports bra are made overseas, while items like the headbands are made in Canada.

Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on the shipping location. Some items may arrive within 3-4 weeks, but please set your expectations as 4-6 weeks.

Why so long?

Each item is made to order. That means we don’t have a stock sitting in a warehouse where we can just grab items off the shelf, put them in a bag and ship them to you. They need to be made first. This means the design needs to be printed, cut and sewn, before it can be shipped to you. Made to order items are a great way to reduce waste since it means we are making items based on demand, instead of having stock that may not move.

Can I get my order faster?

Definitely! You can choose the express shipping option, and this should have your item to you within 2-4 weeks!

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email update with the tracking number.

It’s past the estimated delivery date, what now?

If you think your item may be lost, here’s some things to look into. 

  • First, double check your shipping address was entered correctly. It’s like buying plane tickets and ensuring which London you want to go to, London, Ontario or London, England. Errors happen, so just take a quick look and ensure your address is correct.
  • Second, use that handy-dandy tracking number to figure out the item's location and reach out to the shipping company to see if they can give you any updates. 
  • If your order was truly lost in transit, please contact us. Claims for lost items must be made no later than 2 weeks (14 days) after the estimated delivery date. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! You will be able to see international shipping prices at checkout when you enter your address.

Do I have to pay any duties or taxes?

  • Maybe. Each country has different import rules. Our items are made both overseas in Asia, and right here in Canada. So depending on what item you order, how large of an order you place, and where you are located, you may have to pay duties.
  • Duties are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Be Conspicuous (Fleeting Reality Photography) and our suppliers are not responsible for covering duties or additional taxes that may be applied to your order.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Typically, no. The system is automated so that as soon as you place an order, it goes directly to the applicable print supplier. We don’t want anyone waiting any longer than they have to rock their items on their next run, workout, or day at home. You can try contacting us as soon as possible, and we can look into it, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it.

Can I return the items then?

  • If there is an issue with the product. Ex. misprint, color error, damage, we are sorry this happened. Please contact us immediately and provide photos of your concern so we can look into what happened and provide you with a resolution. Most likely, we’ll get you a replacement item if there is clear evidence of manufacturing error. 
  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks (14 days) after the product has been received.

What if I received the wrong size than what I ordered?

Please send a picture of the size label and QR code label of the product (if applicable). Once verified against your order, we will work with our manufacturing team to get you the correct size.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

  • Sorry, because items are made to order we cannot exchange your item for another size, as a size exchange means producing an entirely new product. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please make your size decision based on the size chart provided in the item description. If you’re buying as a gift and unsure of the recipient’s size, we recommend purchasing a gift card instead. 
  • In this case you may request a refund as per our  Return & Refund Policy. If approved and the item is returned, a partial refund per the policy may be issued, and a new order placed with the correct size.
